Hydraulic Power Unit
A custom-built hydraulic power unit (HPU) designed and manufactured by Momentum X. Provides the hydraulic pressure and flow required to drive hydraulic presses, cylinders, and other hydraulic machinery. Fully engineered to client specifications including pressure range, flow rate, tank capacity, and control system.
Skeleton Press — BMC Manhole Cover Machine
The Skeleton Press is one of the most important presses used in the manufacturing of manhole covers. Momentum X manufactures it with the highest levels of technology and precision, making it a core and reliable component inside the client's factory. It is used to form fiber threads into an interconnected and tight mesh structure, contributing to raising the strength and durability of manhole covers made from BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) material.
Chemical Powder Tablet Press
A specialized hydraulic press used for compressing chemical powder into tablets. We manufacture the press, the die set (stamp), and the number of tablets per cycle — all customized to the client's product and requirements.
315 Ton Hydraulic Press with 63 Ton Ejector — BMC & Fiberglass Compression
A 315-ton hydraulic press equipped with a 63-ton ejector, purpose-built for hot compression molding of BMC (Bulk Moulding Compound) and fiberglass products. Used in manufacturing manhole covers and high-quality thermoset plastic components. Features a precision heating system ensuring uniform heat distribution across the mold surface for flawless, dense parts.
Hydraulic Briquetting Press — Auto-Safety System
